When I started blogging, it was for the purpose of giving my opinions about a number of things. Then, I began this blog to give information to those who, for whatever reason, did not know about things like how to shop with saving money in mind. I give reviews on many things as well. But when places showed up that were willing to pay a blogger, I sat up and took notice.

Do you want to get paid to blog? Would you like to blog for money? Smorty is one such place where you can have that. They provide a service that puts together the advertiser and the blogger. The advertiser pays the blogger to advertise on blogs. Isn’t it great? For someone who really needs to stay home, this is a fabulous way to make some extra money when they get paid to blog. So, would you like to get paid for blogging? If so, just click on the link and go for it. It’s painless and you will end up with a little extra money in your pocket. Not bad.

To tell you the truth, this one really did surprise me although it shouldn’t have. I read an article recently concerning where there might be jobs. Have you ever been to or contemplated going to Montana? I have been there when I was traveling a number of years ago. It certainly is a vast place where you can see the sky. It isn’t called Big Sky Country for nothing.

Now, the news is that there are lots of jobs in Montana. In fact, there are some companies begging for people to fill those jobs. How about this. Have you ever heard of a McDonald’s that would pay $10 an hour? HA! They will in Helena. The job rate has sunk to a low of 2 percent in parts of Montana and almost as low in the neighboring states. Is that even possible? Apparently. So, what’s the cause? An aging work force for one. Booming tourism for another.

Actually, there are eight states involved here. They all have extremely low unemployment rates. If you are really looking to find a good job, that is going to be the biggest place in the country to try. Boomers are part of the good thing and the problem. They are moving in to have mountain views. These folks bring in the money and want to build new houses. Contruction is up.

There is one other problem there. Employers have been traditionally low paying. Now they have to put up or not have workers. It’s sort of a catch 22. On the other hand, if employers will raise the wages, it can be fantastic for everyone wanting work and for the companies that will have a workforce. The employers ARE raising the wages to the point that their wages are the third fastest rising in the country. Now there’s a good deal. Time to get that job!
