Welcome back!
I sit at home now instead of doing a lot of traveling but in the past, traveling was my thing. I loved to travel anywhere to see just about anything. I loved the open air of a motorcycle, the bounce of a semi-truck, the convenience of a car and the fun of the train. It did not matter. I was in love with traveling. Now, I still enjoy reading about it and seeing the wonderful pictures of those far off places. You can love this too.
Real Travel is a travel blog about….you know, travel. The first post on this blog was about train travel. I LOVED the train. It was so much fun. You sit and watch things go by but you have the convenience of a diningroom with great food. The only stops are the ones the train has to take. It’s air conditioned. Often, there are pretty fun people onboard because only those who love trains go by them anymore. Isn’t that sad. You can even get some sleep in the sleeper if the trip is overnight.
It is rather obvious that the folks that write this travel blog are as in love with travel as I am. They will tell you their experiences. You feel as though you are there with them. Tips about traveling are all over the blog. Hey, are you out of ideas for where to go, what to do when you get there? Oh, they are on it! They can even compare prices on things for you.
