I used to live in Florida. It was great while I lived there but it was a bear to start with. Well, you had to have first month’s rent, last month’s rent and a deposit usually equal to the rent. That was pretty steep when you had a low income so we did not move once we got there. The rent was really high in most places anyway. But I lived in the West Palm Beach area which used to be notorious for having pretty high rents for those of us that had lower incomes.
Of course, if I were visiting, I would be in Orlando where all the theme parks are. Hey, there’s Disney World one of my personal favorites. And of course, I would have to find a good place to stay. No way do I want to stay at some hotel when I can have an Orlando rental home. Those places have everything you want. That makes the visit a happier stay than in a hotel where the maids come in the door no matter what you told the front desk about that. Yes, it has happened to me.
A beautiful home is the place where there is a pool and game room and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family instead of a couple of rooms that everyone has to cram into. Oh yes. The rental home is the best way to go.
